• Step 1: Enable notification for Studentpro in your phone settings

1. Open phone Settings - > Apps & Notifications. 

2. Find and Tap on Studentpro

3. Tap on Notifications and turn on Show Notifications. 

• Step 2: Set app storage to clear normally

1. From the app drawer, open Settings -> System.

2. Select Recent app management.

3. Ensure that Normal clear is enabled. 

• Step 3: Exclude Studentpro from battery optimization

1. From the app drawer, open Settings. Tap Battery -> Battery Optimization. 

2. Tap Apps not optimized and select All apps. 

3. Find Studentpro and ensure it's set to Don't optimize.
