• Step 1: Exclude Studentpro from battery optimization

1. Open Phone Settings - > Apps. 

2 Find and tap on Studentpro.

3. Under App settings, tap Notifications 4 Then ensure that Notifications are enabled (Allowed).

• Step 2: Exclude Studentpro from battery optimization

1. From the app drawer, open Settings -> Apps. 

2. Tap the menu button on the top-right and select Special access. 

3. Tap on Optimize battery usage.

4. Scroll down to locate Studentpro and toggle the slider to OFF.
