• Step 1: Enable notifications for Studentpro in your phone settings

1. Open Security app on your phone and tap on Manage apps.

 

 
 


2. Look for Studentpro and tap on it. 



3. Tap on Notifications.


4. Ensure that Show notifications are turned on. 5 Under Categories, slide the toggles and enable Floating notifications, Lock screen notifications, and Sound.


  • Step 2: Enable autostart of Studentpro

 

1. Open Security app on your phone and tap on Manage apps.

 

2. Look for Studentpro and tap on it.


3. Enable Autostart.



  • Step 3: Exclude Studentpro from battery optimization

 

1. Open Security app on your phone and tap on Manage apps.

 

2. Look for Studentpro and tap on it.



3. Tap on Battery saver, and select No restrictions.
